This is the 1st time I met a very passionate contractor to his work, easy to talk & very accommodating. The owner truly adhered to high quality of craftmanship by supervising/inspecting every single details of work of his staff. He is so meticulous & even does work that could impact the quality by himself. While the project is halfway, I've asked for extra work beyond the contract & the owner did it beyond my expectations yet at very reasonable price. He added nice drainage/re-seed lawns damaged by the work. "
