"I am a landlord living out of state. I received a call at 10pm from tenants with no heat. Was on service magic; within 5 minutes received a call from Landmark. Chris worked with tenants on the phone first, but then decided at 10:30pm, he would just stop in to fix it. By 11pm, I received a call saying that everything was fixed. I was exceptionally impressed with every part of my interaction with Chris at Landmark and even agreed to bill me instead of involving my tenants on the spot. Rates were what I would expect for service during normal hours, let alone at 10pm. Couldn't recommend them any higher. Thanks for job well done."
