The two gentlemen that came arrived on time and worked continuously and diligently for hours (unlike the minutes spent by the dept store). The equipment used was much more powerful and sophisticated (unlike the plain vacuum used by the dept store). They also left the house cleaner than it was originally as they vacuumed each room they worked in."
