"Joe came to look at our job and found that the issue at hand was much worse than we had expected to see. His specialty tools and complete knowledge of mold and bacteria remediation were clear to us when we first discussed the job. We knew that Joe understood what it took to completely clean the affected room. His price was certainly not the cheapest, but his work was by far worth every penny. I would, without a doubt, use Joe and IECS for other jobs (small and large) at my property. Hands down amazing service and does everything he promises he will do."

"Came when scheduled. After removing old tile a bit, determined that more of the tile needed to be removed and most of the tile could not be reused as planned. Installed new backing board (more than planned) and new tiles with only additional cost to me was the cost of the additonal tile. Total cost was still under the other tile man's estimate. I am quite satisfied with the result."
