"Steve was on time, diligent, repectful of our home and he dealt with unforseen issues without any complaints. He finished well inside of his estimated time frame and explained any "need to know" items such as adjusting the closing speed of the door. He left a little debris behind but nothing near as bad as other contractors i have had. I will have to put a few nais in the trim around the attic door but thats no big deal. Recommend him highly. "
