"An update to my rating for Custom Home Theater for an install of a home theater system back in September. Tim called to inquire about my review, and offered to return and program the Logitech remote and to address anything else necessary. I declined his offer, as it turned out that Logitech had technical problems which ended up requiring me participating in a one hour call with level 2 support to get the remote working due to database problems with Logitech. As I said in my original review, we were quite happy with the installation, and would recommend him to people considering home theater installation. Everything is working great. We appreciated his follow up. "

"I received a call from Scott within 5 minutes and he came the same day to give me an estimate. Scott put me on the schedule for the next day to replace the breaker on my hot tub. Unfortunately after 2 hours of troubleshooting he determined that my problem was internal but he only charged me for 1 hour of service."
