Comment: My property is a 3 year old center townhouse (shared walls on both sides). Everyday noise is an issue in my place. I can hear everything from doors being closed, to children crying and stereos. My property is currently a rented by a tenant but I will be moving back into the property in late spring or early summer. Once I know the that date of moving I would be able to provide as much time needed with the property being totally empty both of people and possessions.
