"Ivan called within seconds of my response being submitted... literally. Ivan was professional, direct, and willing to work within my request. He showed up a little late due to other jobs but was honest and professional about the delay. He showed up, worked hard, and did 90% of the work prior to nightfall. He had to come back the next day but was at my home early and had finished the job before 8am. He was easy to work with and I got a real sense that he is an extremely hard working honest business man. I appreciated those attributes and will consider him again for other work needed. I will also mention that his pricing was very fair."
