"We chose Atmosphere because they were the lowest bidder and they had good reviews here. First they did do a wonderful job with the actual taking the shingles off and reroofing. The problems we had were with the bookeeping side of the company. They forgot to pull the permit so even though they promised me they would take off the shingles and replace them all in one day, they couldn't because of a stop work order. They were able to work out the problems and finish it the next day. The other problem is that I was told my copy of the contract would be sent to me but even though it has been a few weeks, I have not recieved them."
