"They measured the area and gave a very competitive rate, nearly 33% lower than the most expensive qoute. The only thing that bothers me was no guarantees were given regarding cracks developing in future. Apparently thats the nature of concrete work according to them. They came on the day and time as promised, completed the work in time (2 days) and left without a mess. They were nice enough not to charge me extra for last minute extension to the previously agreed patch of concrete. Office staff is friendly and responsive. Have received fair share of compliments on the work. Professional yet friendly people."
