"The same day as my initial call for a repar, A-1 sent a technician to the house to diagnose the problem. While at the house the technician phoned in the parts to write up a work order to explain what needed to be done and how much it would cost. After agreeing on the work right then, he ordered the parts on the phone and returned two days later to install them. If I need any other repair services of this sort, I will immediately call them again. Excellent."
