"The simple fact is that my TV went down one week before Xmas. I call Direct TV and was told that the nearest appointment for a repair would be Jan. 10, 2009. I could not beleive that a company as big as DTV could be so unflexable with there customers. Thank GOD for servicemagic who directed me to Home Media Bliss. THank You HMB for doing a simply wonderful job. THe sevice was quick and the price was very reasonable. I have and will continue to referr you to all of my friends... "
