Positives: The crew was very nice and hard-working, they were able to work on the weekend, the price was reasonable, and they didn't ask for payment until the job was done. Negatives: The job took twice as long as expected, and the crew tended to arrive late. Overall, the crew certainly worked hard to meet my needs, and the problems could have been avoided if I had communicated my expectations more clearly. "The service was professional and courteous. For a new customer such as myself, it was very helpful to know exactly what I wanted and rely this to Jeff and Colin. Ask a lot of questions so that you are clear on what to expect so there will be no misunderstanding to your expectations. Both were very patient and understanding to what my family's needs were. After a few in house consultations and discussions for this project, the cabinets were delivered and installed with no problems. Fred Allen was always in communication to make sure the project was on track which was reassuring. "
