"Very satisfied with the project outcome, which was straightening basement walls that had cracked and were bulging inwards. They did not leave any mess; as a matter of fact they took precautions to avoid flower beds and it was difficult to see where their excavations had been. The only frustration was that after they had been on site, quoted the job, and been told to proceed in May08, the only contact they made was a letter in Dec08. The letter explained that they had been very busy with basements damaged by the historic flooding during summer '08, which is quite understandable. After contacting them in Aug09, the work was done in Sep09"
