"WE HAD A SMALL PLASTERING JOB, 3 HOLES TO FILL. JERRY DID THE JOB WELL. YOU COULD NOT TELL THE HOLES WERE FILLLED, EVEN WITH OUT PAINT RYAN & HIM COVERED UP THE FURNITURE WITH PLASTIC. THERE WAS HARDLY A MESS TO CLEAN UP. RYAN GOT ANOTHER JOB IN PUTTING UP 12 RELACEMENT LIGHTS ON GARAGES & ENTRANCES. THEY ARE ON TIME & DID A GOOD JOB ON BOTH."

Comment: We removed wall paper up our stairwell and down the second-story hallway. The walls weren't prepared well, and the walls were damaged. They appear to need to be skim-coated. That is the highest priority. The house was built in the '70s, and we're not pleased with the smooth wall prepation that was done throughout. We've removed paper from many walls, and while it didn't peel the drywall coat away like it did in the hallway, the walls seem overly smooth. Finally, we have popcorn ceilings throughout the entire house. In a couple places, there is water damage on the popcorn ceilings. Depending on the costs, we would be interested in removing the popcorn ceilings.
