"What a wonderful job they did! Clean, professional and thorough, they even quoted the job in three pieces, so we could afford the work. I took a number of their cards, and have passed some out to my friends. Also, I'd like to send YOU a big thank you for being so helpful in a (to me) time of crisis. Your phone person was so helpful in knowing exactly the type of contractor I needed...I had no idea that I needed a place called American Fire & Water Restoration ..... my deck had fallen down, and my house was rotted where it was attached, How she put that together with AFWR, is beyond me...but they were exactly who I needed. Such service is rare, unfortunately. I will use your service again. You are on my Favorite Places. "

"Absolutely Great and Knowledgable team. They provided the insight and help when dealing with the insurance company on the claim and restoration process as well as offering alternate solutions when the claims adjuster suggested a plan that may not fix the underlying problem. They provided the best cost/benefit of the 3-4 companies that evaluated our problem and provided solution. They're pricing is not inexpensive however the quality of their service is FIRST RATE and more than worth the little bit extra cost."
