"Unfortunately, the window manufacturer made one of my windows incorrectly but, ARC was not at fault and they will be coming back to my home to complete the project once the replacement window arrives. I have had a great experience with the technicians who are working with me on my project and I would recommend them. As a matter of fact, I have already recommended ARC to one of my co-workers who also wants storm windows installed on his home."
