"I talked to Steve at Mr. Handyman of Greater Cypress/Champions. He was very nice & told me what needed to be done for the problem I described. He told me about how much it would cost, but got some incoming calls & needed to talk to them before we finished our conversation. That's how it ended...I guess I was suposed to call him back."
