"Unfortunately, they weren't able to provide us with the service needed. We have cats, which had urinated on our couch, and were hoping they could rid us of the stains. However, these stains were so extensive that they couldn't be 'repaired'. The gentleman from ChemX told us this before even attempting to do anything, that it would be a waste of our money for him to do anything. He declined to accept any money, just for making a 'service call'. So even though I have no knowledge on how effective they might be in actual cleaning, I'm very impressed with their honesty, and being forthright enough to not jst simply accepting money for a job."
