"Chad, the owner, bid and completed the job himself. He was on-time for both events. His office staff was courteous and helpful. My only concerns were the lack of removal from my property of the bags of dirt collected from the gutters and the use of contract day labor, as opposed to a regular employee, to assist in the execution of the job. "
