"S & S Development Company, Inc was most helpful at every phase, including meeting me at the County Licensing office to acquire the Building Permit as I was doing the final finishing work myself. The crews showed up on time and worked until that day’s project was done, sometimes working late. Each sub was professional and did the job as advertised. The final result was exactly as designed, any additions to work scope or unusual issues were quickly resolved and the job was completed on time and on budget. I would recommend S & S to anyone, they perform as advertised and do quality work "

"Stood behind his work. Re-did a porch roof and had some small leaks. No problems getting him back promptly to find and fix the problem. Workers left the area clean upon departure. Also did a deck extension. My neighbors ended up using him for some porch work, too and total deck replacement. Also very satisfied with his work. Had some shingles lost in a storm a little after. Stan was out the next day to put down some covers and replaced the shingles just a few days later. Very responsive. I'm saving his number."
