Comment: This is new construction of a single family home. The design of the home will be fashioned after the "Paraty House". The Paraty House can be reviewed on the internet. I plan to make changes to my design enabling me to build my house within my budget. Examples, The Paraty House is two stories,I plan to build one story on slab and develope an interior that works best for my lifestyle. The home will sit on approximately 3/4 of a acre of land located in Apex N.C.. I own the land outright. Secondly per my conversation with some lenders including Wells Fargo the approval process can take as long as six to eight months before a decision is made. This will push the actual construction of my home into the Spring or Summer of 2012. None the less I have to have the drawings to get the process stated.
