Listened and answered all questions and explained in a way you can understand. Excellent products (I went for the Maytag Furnace/AC). Intall was prompt and professional. Great 2 year warranty on labor and service (this is in additon to the manufacturer warranty). You should get 3 quotes and compare different companies, but in this case, when you get to MP Heating, you're done, you don't need to go any further. Trust me, you'll be completely satisfied and happy."
