"We have hired Mark Matsumoto. He is a delight to work with. We have not waited on him and he has had the land surveyed and acquired a civil Eng for the fill and grade. We are now in the planning stage for the blue prints. So far this job has gone very well. Not bad for no personnel contact with Mark. We will meet him at the site on 2/13/08. We look forward in completing the plans. Sincerely, Pete Kearney"
