"Mr. William Caputo is one of the most professional contractors I have yet to work with. I expressed to him the waterproofing work I wanted completed in my basement. During our initial meeting, the first thing he did was present me with his license. He gave a brief synopsis of his company and history in basement waterproofing. He also had a portfolio of past jobs he'd accomplished for customers to give me a better idea of what would work best for me. He oversaw the project from start to finish and followed-up to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Wonderful company/people to work with who cares about their quality of work and your satisfaction."

"Overall, I was very pleased with the work that All Aspects personnel performed in waterproofing my basement. They addressed my concerns and completed the job in a timely manner. I was quite surprised, however, that they did not honor the full amount ($500) of the service magic coupon which I presented to the project manager, Robert. I received a $450 discount for the work they performed."
