Comment: The back yard slid down the hill after all the recent rain, almost like the building site was not prepared quite right or packed down correctly. I am afraid of more of the yard ending up at the bottom of the hill and want to learn what are options are so we can start budgeting for the project. It may need terracing as it is pretty steep and deep.
