"Steve is great, he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took his time, talked with me and my family. Was very honest about what he saw. Steve was willing to go the extra mile with all the snow on the ground to get the job done. There was a lot of snow on the roof so Steve came back and finished the job when it was gone.
