"The actual install was a good, efficient job. They did however find an additional add on cost when they started work that I feel the estimator should have detected when he came to do the inspection and generate the estimate. I didn't have much choice but to have the extra work done (I did make them show me the issue and it was real) but I wasn't pleased to have this hit me unexpectedly. They also didn't show up the day they said they would and didn't call to let me know. They did show up the next day but I wasn't informed they were going to come that day either. But the actual work was quiet, clean, efficient and done very well. "
