"My home was broken into and an exterior door had its window shattered. I wasn't feeling safe as long as the door window was damaged, and was reluctant to leave my house with easy access to the same individuals who previously broke into my house. After explaining my situation, Richard's Home Care responded with sympathy and professionalism. The next day my door was fixed to the extent of not allowing easy access. And even though this was an emergency situation, the cost was as if I had arranged for the work several days beforehand. "
