When the first company I hired could not get the job done Dave and his team came in and got it done quickly and did it cheaper. I only wish I knew about this company first. "With in hours on summiting the request, Dave called me to better understand my needs. THE NEXT DAY HE WAS AT MY HOUSE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. S & S was fast, friendly and very attentive to my needs. They performed their work in a very timely and organized manner. My only suggestions for improvement are: 1. Work on a more proficient quote and learn to email your quote to the customer. 2. Let the home owner know exactly what time you intend to be there in the morning and if weather is permitting 3. Inform the customer how long they need to wait, after you seal the concrete to backfill. 4. Inform customer that back filling, landscaping and reseeding is not part of the quote. This was the only aspect of the job that was an unexpected surprise to me. Great job we love the look of our new stamped concrete and thank you for helping us make our dream house come true.
