"The staff was courteous. They were 1-1/2 hour late for our scheduled appt but called in a timely manner to inform me of their late arrival. My white sofa was soiled by either the worker or the equipment and I was not informed of this by Tri-Weh. Fortunately, I was able to clean the soiled area myself without any permanent damage. I would recommend this company for light to moderately soiled carpeting. I don't think their cleaning process if effective for heavily soiled areas."

"They were very nice, gave good advice and were very thorough. The only complaint I had was that they were an hour late and did not call to tell me they were going to be. Other than that, they did a very good professional job and I will be recommending them to friends."
