"He assessed my problem and gave me his recommendation. I signed an agreement that night. He called me the next day and arranged a date and time to start the project. His men showed up on time, were extremely polite, clean, neat, respectful. They didn't get annoyed when I asked questions. They told me throughout the day how the job was progressing. When the job was finished you didn't know you had 3 workmen in your house all day. Particularly since they were working in a crawl space all day. Since the job was completed we have had quit a bit of rain and I do not see any puddles in the crawl space and that awful mildew smell is gone!"

"The price quote was in line with everyone else but the job included a lifetime guarantee, transferable if we ever sell the house, that the walls and floor would remain dry. The basement was sealed off from the rest of the house to contain dust. Not only is my basement now dry, but my lawn, which had puddles all summer, was completely dry within 1 week of completion of the job."
