Comment: Hi. We have jsut completely rem odelled our basement (750sq ft area). The wooden beams in the ceiling had pre-existing mold caused by dampness. The dampness has now been removed, but as my wife is prone to allergic reactions, we would like the mold removed from the floor beams (ie. the basement ceiling), the beams are enclosed by a removable tile drop ceiling aluminum grid.
