"He responded right away to our request for an estimate and his price was very reasonable. He did the work he said he would (removal of old railings and installation of new ones). The railings are beautiful! Although he laid down a drop cloth there was still sawdust on the floor which he left behind. Also, it would have been nice if he had been able to spackle the holes he left behind with the removal of old railings, and if he had been able to fix the carpet around the railings. Both required hiring someone else to fix them. To be fair though, he suggested at the estimate that we may have to have someone fix them as he doesn't do that. "
