"After rave reviews from Michael's references, I hired him to do our basement. If you need a contractor, and you are lucky enough to find out about him, hire him. He is an architect with great aesthetics, who came in at the same price as other regular contractors with no degree and he tossed in more to the package. He is 100% reliable as is his team. The are lovely, fast, professional and the job turned out on time and within budget. It's so gorgeous that my husband and I are ecstatic. "Joel was very easy to reach by both telephone and email. Before starting, he identified several potential issues that we were able to address ahead of time. Besides demonstrating good craftsmanship, he also had an excellent aesthetic sense. He meticulously saw each detail through to the end. He also fixed and cleaned up a few other things that were not a part of our original proposal, including installing a baby gate for our son! We already plan to use him for another project."
