"The people who worked for Mr Tayor (TCC) did an outstanding job. The painters, the people who did the siding repairs and put in the new replacement windows (which I ordered from him), all bent over backwards to satisfy me. I am letting TCC do some more work at my house. Bathroom will be tiled, a new sliding door installed and the roof will be cleaned. They had a GOOD market price and they were able to do everything vs dealing with different contractors."

"My problem was with one room, which I call my computer room. By mid-day, you could not work in this room because the temperature would go above 80 degrees and it just felt like no air was circulating. You could definitely feel the difference even before you entered the room, a dead zone. Mike investigated the attic and said I didn't need anymore insulation, just smooth and even out the existing insulation. He felt this was an air flow problem and by adding another air vent in the computer room would get more air into the room. I received the estimate via email for the job, very reasonable and the job was scheduled the following week. Two brothers, Dale and Kevin Law, came out and installed a new vent in the computer room and smooth the existing insulation in the attic. They had a rough job being in a very confined space place plus it was very hot outside, but both got the job done no matter what the conditions were. Both brothers were a pleasure to talk with and treated my home with respect. My computer room is keeping the same temperature as my living room and I finally can work in that room no matter what time of day it is. What a blessing!!! I would recommend Taylor Coastal Construction. What really impressed me was their honesty, fair pricing and excellent communication in this project. "I would definitely recommend Taylor Coastal Construction, Inc. for all your home improvement projects. In the past few months they have replaced the roof on my house and installed a downspout drain system, which ties into the storm drain between the properties. They also replaced all the facial/freeze board aluminum on the house along with making a repair to a front bow window when the original contractor wouldn't honor their warranty. Taylor Coastal Construction, Inc. prices are very competitive and they bend over back wards to insure that you are 100% satisfied with their workmanship."
