"Very professional, courteous, careful, clean, helpful with information I requested, I have already told others that if they had a need for a antenna work that I have a reference for them. They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry though I had to put them off due to some previous commitments I had, but once I called for the appointment, they kept the date in a timely fashion."

"Call the night before to confirm. Arrived with in the time ranged stated. Installed the new antenna and Rotor and removed the old equipment. When completed, I had pulled out the anaolog to digital converted box. They set that up for me and programmed the memory on the rotor for the best locations for both baltimore and Washington channels. "

The tech arrived precisely on time, were clear and concise about all work that needed to be performed, plus they made recommendations on how to better enhance the equipment I had by placing the proper TV in the right room.
