"I had a coffee stain that was there for about 5 days..1x1 in diameter. Showed him where it was...he pretreated the spot and cleaned the entire living room carpet in about 45 minutes. It took about 8 hours to dry totally. Very pleased with the results. I would hire them again if I needed them."
