"Very very good. He responded promptly, worked independently, communicated clearly. I ended up not doing the project last spring, but am still considering it and possibly more, and will hire him if he's still available. (I live out of state and am having to manage this without the benefit of a property manager, so it's important that the contractor have the administrative side of his business in order, in addition to the performance side.) While I have not seen his work personally, I was iimpressed with the references that I received about him. "
