He committed to arriving the next morning to repair the defective part. Chris arrived earlier than planned and repaired within a short period and honored the original price quoted the evening before. "My well was running out the top and made a muddy mess. Jeff came out the day he said he would and gave me a general estimate because he had to dig down to the well to really know the problem. He came back the next day to do the work. The job was very labor inensive as they had a rough dig job with mud and roots to contend with he fixed the problem and his estimate was within range of what he told me. I have more plumbing to do and will call him again soon."
