"His estimate was a little more than some of the others, but around the same. I was VERY impressed with Flash the concrete installer. He was very detailed, professional and clean. We got an estimate on a Sunday and the work started a few days later. The work was completed within two weeks. The only complaint is that when they installed the grass the workers left boot prints and dirt all over the cement and it was not cleaned up."
