"Excellent service. I was a little worried about possible damages that might occur when removing 20yr old 220v 2 AC units from my windows since I live in a Coop and it's inherent rules. Since the beginning they eased my mind due to many qualities they exhibited. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and paid special attention in being careful in removing the units from the Location. Great work."

"Ascend did great job on my window A/C repair. Carlos & his professionals immediately put me at ease with sincere, relaxed, professional manners, & even informed me unit should still be under warranty, which I did not know, & offered to call LG to help find me contractor who could do the work under warranty (Ascend could not) - tried to save me money at their own expense! Seemed very experienced & explained diagnosis of problem clearly & logically. Ended up using Ascend anyway, & they did excellent, fast job for very good negotiated rate. Very flexible regarding schedule. (Allow 2 hr window after projected time of arrival.) Highly recommended!"
