"Overall work seems satisfactory -- tho they tried to cut corners, like applying stucco without steel mesh or anchoring material. (That's not acceptable here in the northeast where freezing would shortly undermine the stucco.) Stone mason used was very competent This homeowner had to supply electric extension cords and powerwasher to contractor and his men.-Why?"

He was able to procure a replacement step (we needed a cement step repaired) and completed the work to our satisfaction. and very quickly.
