"Very neat and clean, flexible with unexpected repairs during jobs, and crew works hard and professional. Only issue was on one occasion his guys didn't show up, on two occasions he was late for meeting with me and he was also the highest bidder but was more specific on estimate and contract. If it wasn't for the above paragraph I would rate him very good. He did what was expected and on two occasions he went out of his with unexpected repairs. I've re-hired him to do another job."
