He immediately performed the repairs following my acceptance of his bid. We are now awaiting the next rain/snow storm to verify repair quality. "This crew worked safely, efficiently, and professionally. The job was completed in a timely manner, and their work was excellent. The premises were cleaned while the job was being done, and they left it clean. A contract was signed prior to the job being done, and it was performed to the letter. The contractor voluntarily showed me proof of insurance, and explained the permit process, and what the job included. He also showed me some of the other jobs that he previously completed.
