"I originally called David to have a couch and chair cleaned. At the spur of the moment, my neighbor gave me a couple of small rugs to have cleaned, too as I was already having David come. All of the pricing seemed reasonable, and he appeared knowledgeable about his work and how to best clean each piece (I'll know more as they dry). My only issue is timing. He called at 9 AM to confirm our 10 AM (this was good), but when he hadn't arrived by 10:23 AM, I called him to find out where he was. He said he was trying to find parking for visitors (I live in a zone-parking area). We got him parked and he started working."
