Am open to looking at access from within the house but space limited. Foundation is brick. Home built in 1920 with addiction in1989 placed over a dirt crawlspace. Would like bids to include base price for outside entry only and then possible costs of upgrades. Willing to move quickly if the price is right. Contractor must be qualified and ensure all work is to code.
