"Everett was responsive, prompt and thorough. The technician came and pre-wired my 3,700 square foot house in one morning, which included 7 smoke detectors, 13 windows and 4 doors. During the final install he waited over two hours after the job was completed because the testing call center for the monitoring group was closed for lunch, and he didn't want to leave until he was sure the system was functioning properly. And it did. There was a little misunderstanding on the initial install cost because I added several optional components, but other than that everything was great. I give them five stars!
