"Tony and his colleague Adain cameout within one day after I spoke to Tony on the phone various times about the TV mount over my fireplace and surround sound wiriing I wanted to complete. Tony was very impressive with the manner with which he was able to maticulously mount my TV while asking me along the way how I could achieve the best listening enjoyment for a future stereo/surround sound system.
