"Great and Compassionate Plumber Ever! He went to my house while I was at work. Investigated the stoppage and immediately cleared it with a promise to return with a camera to take a look inside my drain. There we saw a root growing inside. He measured where the pipe was located and marked the spot. He stated that he would gladly return if I so wished and get the root out and put in a riser. I had no cash available and he did the job anyway. That's going beyond regular customer service. I will certainly get him back out to my house to rid my drain of that root."
